The visa you are about to apply for/ have been issued is valid for 58 days from the date of issue mentioned on the visa for Tourist/30 day visas, Long term visit/60days visas and Transit/96Hour visa is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Your duration of stay commences on the day you enter the UAE using the visa. From this date you can stay for up to 30 days on the Tourist visa, 60 days on the Long term visit visa and 96Hrs on the 96 Hour visa.

Please note that the visa issued to you is a single entry visa and can be used to enter the UAE just once. If you exit the country by any means you will not be able to use the same visa to re-enter the UAE.

Skip Navigation Links.My email with the link has not reached my email address. How do I proceed?

If the email with the link to continue has not reached you please follow the steps below.

  • Log into www.emirates.com and retrieve your booking through the "Manage a booking" link
  • Once you reach the VFS page below you will see an option of "forgot your visa application number" as shown in the screenshot below.
  • Click on that link, enter your details and the email will be regenerated.

To track the status of your visa application anytime please use the Track application link in the email sent to you.

You can also track the status of your application by doing the following:

  • Log into www.emirates.com and retrieve your booking through the "Manage a booking" link
  • Once you reach the VFS page below you will see an option of "track or resume application" as shown in the screenshot below.
  • Please enter your Emirates booking reference number and visa application number to track your application.

No, you cannot reapply through the Emirates online visa application service.

Generally it takes 3-4 working days for an application to be processed if applied under the normal criteria. Please note that this is only an indicative figure and the processing time may vary depending from case to case.

Express cases will normally be process within 48 working hours. Please note that this is only an indicative figure and the processing time may vary depending from case to case.

Skip Navigation Links. I am not able to proceed ahead with my Itinerary?

The application will not allow you to proceed ahead in any of the following scenario’s.

  • If your itinerary does not have an entry and exit from Dubai on Emirates Airline or Qantas Airline.
  • If DXB does not feature as a stopover destination in your itinerary.
  • If there is only one sector on your itinerary or a one way journey with no exit from DXB e.g. LHR-DXB
  • If any sector on your itinerary is waitlisted or not confirmed.
