Note :- 14 days visas are temporarily suspended by UAE Immigration. You will by default be able to apply for 30 days visa.
- At the time of entry, the passenger must prove that they have enough financial resources to cover their expenses during the trip.
Applications from some countries of residence are required to pay a USD $272.50 refundable security deposit plus Incidental charges,
which is refunded after the visa holder leaves Dubai.
All visa fees, service fees and Incidental charges are non-refundable for all applications, including unsuccessful applications.
How to apply and pay
Applications can be made a maximum of 58 days or a minimum of four international working days before your arrival in the UAE. Emirates and VFS recommend that you apply as early as possible.
Payment can only be made with a Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card only.

Requirements for application
All applicants must have a machine readable passport which is valid for at least six months from the date you first enter the UAE. Children who are endorsed on their parents passport will not be able to apply using this service. To complete the application, all applicants require clear coloured electronic scans of the following:
- Scanned copy of passport bio pages. Passports should be valid for a minimum of six months on the date of travel.Passports containing special characters such as brackets in the name will not be accepted and must be amended prior to visa submission. Passport with special characters other than brackets (e.g., apostrophes, hyphens) please check with the Customer Support Team before submitting the visa application.
- Coloured recent passport-size photograph with white background, front facing.
- Hotel booking for full stay in UAE with confirmation number, applicant’s name and check-in/out dates highlighted in yellow ( Check- in, Check- out dates on the hotel confirmation must match the dates on flight tickets ).
- For 60-day single entry visa, Hotel booking should be 31days or more. Note that only up to two hotel bookings are allowed for the entire stay period.
- Provide a valid tenancy contract or Ejari or title deed of the host, if the sponsor has an apartment with two or more bedrooms,UAE resident card.( Highlight the tenant's name in yellow).
- If applying for a 48/96-hour Transit visa, applicants must provide a confirmed onward Emirates ticket along with a valid visa for the destination country they are traveling to and arriving from UAE .If you have a return ticket to the same country, your application will not be accepted. Please note that visa fees are non-refundable. Highlight the applicant's name, entry and exit from the UAE in yellow. (departure and return dates on the ticket must match the dates on the hotel reservation).
- All documents must be in English/ Arabic language only.
**Children under 18 must travel with at least one parent. Their application should be submitted with the parent's application, and they must travel on the same flight on the same day. Birth Certificate is mandatory document for child’s application.Parents holding residence visa in the UAE should apply for their child’s visa through the immigration office only**

In order to strengthen your application, you can upload additional documents such as those listed below. Applications from some countries of residence are required to provide additional documents during the online application process.
- Documents which show investments of USD $8,000 or more.
- Income tax papers which show an annual gross income of USD $8,000 or more.
- Valid visa for, or evidence of travel (e.g. visas, entry stamps) in the last three years to any of the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UAE, or Schengen countries.
