However, there are instances when certain applications are not forwarded to Dubai Immigration based on certain guidelines/instructions given by Emirates’ Commercial Visa Section. All decisions including the grant or non grant of a visa rests with the Government of UAE / Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department. Neither VFS nor Emirates shall be responsible for the grant or non grant or any refusal or delay in the visa processing.
